How to Upload Results to Full Time
From Season 2013-2014 on wards Teams are required to enter their results by text directly onto the Full Time system
During each match, the FA system will send an SMS Text Message to a registered mobile number(s) which have been supplied to the Competition, reminding you to send in the result of the match.
Despite the fact that this message will be sent to the registered mobile number of both teams, after the match, the home club only (see below for exceptions) should reply to the message giving the score for the match in the format home team first, away team second separated by a hyphen
For example:-
You will receive a text:-
FULL-TIME@The FA CHE1 v MNU1 K.O. SAT 14 SEP 2013 14:00. Submit your result after the match as: H-A
To report a 2-1 win to the home side (Your 1sts!) you would simply reply:
2-1
There are two exceptions to this.
If you are registered to send in results for more than one team, Full-Time will include a team code which you will need to add after each result so that Full-Time can identify which teams match is being reported. In the above example the text you would receive would say:
FULL-TIME@The FA CHE1 v MNU1 K.O. SAT 14 SEP 2012 14:00. Submit your result after the match as: H-A YOUF
Note the team code at the end. The reply would be
2-1 CHE1
The other exception is when your team is playing in an outside Cup competition against opposition from outside our League. In this case you are required to respond to the text that Full-Time sends you.
You should not add any additional information other than that requested.
If the match is postponed, as well as making the required telephone calls, the home club can report by sending P-P and in the case of abandoned matches A-A
FULL-TIME will only accept results from registered phones so if you need to change the registered telephone number for a particular match you must advise the League at least 48 hours prior to the match.
ALL RESULTS MUST BE SENT IN BY THE NORMAL TIMES AS SHOWN UNDER RULE 11(a).
The system keeps a log of the times results are sent in.
ENTERING SMS TEXT FOR CUP GAMES
If a Cup game is won in Extra Time or on Penalties, reply as follows
2-2 CHE1 3-3 AET 3-1 PENS
The Team Administrator is therefore required to potentially send back up to four pieces of information in the same SMS text message:-
1. Score – The score after normal time in the usual way
2. Short Code – If they are required to submit a short code, to identify which team is involved
3. Extra Time score – the score line after extra time, followed by AET (it is essential that AET is included, to identify that the scores beforehand applies to extra time)
4. Penalty score – the score after penalties, followed by PEN (it is essential that PEN is included, to identify that the scores beforehand applies to penalties)
HINTS and TIPS
If users are having problems with sending in results, please check the following:-
· If Full-Time asks for a team code, make sure it is included
· Make sure you give the correct team code (if one is required) AFTER the scores
· Make sure you give the HOME SCORE FIRST, AWAY SCORE SECOND
· Inform the League Secretary if you change your mobile number
· Inform the League Secretary if a fixture is incorrect on Full Time before the game is played
Statistics
On each Full Time page you will see a number of boxes saying Home, News, Fixtures, Results, Stats etc.
If you hit the Stats link this will take you to a summary of players listed by the number of goals they have scored for their team in this division.
By changing the Select Division drop down box to show All you can see the leading goalscorers in the League as a whole.
By using the links under the heading View stats in mode you can change the way this list is formulated. You can also click on the any of the verticle red links to show the list in other formats
By using the Team Stats link you can see statistics for all the teams in the division and by changing the Select Division drop down box to show All can show all the clubs in the league.
Players
If, when you are on the page showing forthcoming fixtures, you hit the link to one of the teams in a fixture, you will be able to see the players that are currently registered with both teams.
If when you are on the page showing results you hit the link to one of the teams in a fixture, you will be able to see the players that, according to the Result Sheet submitted by the club, played in the match. You can then compare this list of names with those shown on the Team Sheet you were given before the match and can draw the Registrations Secretary attention to any discrepancies.
Players with County Suspensions
Our Full Time web pages do not show details of suspended players. The main reason for this is that the details notified to our league may not be complete and it is felt that it is better to show no information rather than possibly incomplete information.
Listing incomplete information could lead to clubs playing a player who is suspended, and then saying that as he was not shown on our site it was assumed he was not suspended.
